It can be a very difficult time.

When someone dies we often have lots of different thoughts and feelings.

We might feel angry, sad, notice changes in our behaviour, like crying, miss the person.

ALL these feelings are normal.

A counsellor is someone who can listen to you and help you understand what is happening - all you say is private.

At Brent Bereavement Services we have lots of counsellors. If you want to talk to one of our counsellors in private, all you have to do is ring us or ask someone to ring for you.
